The Ant Who Walked to The Edge of The World

‘The Ant Who Walked to The Edge of The World’ (2025) was written by Shehan Karunatilaka and is my second officially soon-to-be published picture book. It will be published by Papaya Books in early 2025. The story follows a detective duo of a cockroach and a praying mantis on the search for a missing ant.



I worked hard to improve my standard of illustration for this book, blending both traditional media with digital. Will post better images soon (and a link to where you can buy it), once the book is out!



I went through many rough stages to pin down my final visual language output (one of the roughs is below).
